- A: Yes
- Q: Are donors and gifts added immediately and automatically?
- A: Yes
- Q: Can I code items with DonorPerfect financial codes (e.g.; General Ledger, Campaign, Solicit, Sub-Solicit)?
- A: Yes
- Q: We also use other fields in our DPO gift screen we would like to link - e.g.; CLASS. How about that?
- A: Yes, you can have up to 15 additional DPO custom Gift User Defined Fields (UDFs) set up in your DonorShops system.
- Q: How does DonorShops process financial transactions
- A: It uses the same SafeSave account you already have set up for your DonorPerfect system.
- Q: Can I have DonorShops without DonorPerfect?
- A: Yes, you can run your DonorShops system in stand-alone mode
- Q: Can I have my DonorShops site set up to use my main web address or a subdomain?
- A: Yes and yes (e.g.; yourorganization.org or shop.yourorganization.org)
- Q: Our organization has thousands of products, events and donation items and process thousands of transactions each day. Can DonorShops handle that?
